IT Procurement & Contract Management Executive

Maybank Singapore Limited

Responsibilities :-

  • Negotiate effective pricing & service levels with all suppliers to achieve savings at every point of purchase for all Bank’s IT-related devices;
  • Establish robust supplier base and supplies inventory to mitigate risks of servicing gaps arising from Non-stock and delays in vendor deliveries;
  • Conduct fair and transparent sourcing and selection of IT Vendors for Common and Standardized services and supplies (Those not under RFP);
  • Effective Vendor Management;
  • Asset Management.


Requirements :

  • Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in IT sourcing/requisition, vendor negotiations & contract management;
  • Excellent business acumen and effective contract negotiation skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Service-oriented team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Positive work attitude and compliant to organization policies:
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Meticulous and Quality conscious.
