Responsibilities :-
- Negotiate effective pricing & service levels with all suppliers to achieve savings at every point of purchase for all Bank’s IT-related devices;
- Establish robust supplier base and supplies inventory to mitigate risks of servicing gaps arising from Non-stock and delays in vendor deliveries;
- Conduct fair and transparent sourcing and selection of IT Vendors for Common and Standardized services and supplies (Those not under RFP);
- Effective Vendor Management;
- Asset Management.
Requirements :
- Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in IT sourcing/requisition, vendor negotiations & contract management;
- Excellent business acumen and effective contract negotiation skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Service-oriented team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Positive work attitude and compliant to organization policies:
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Meticulous and Quality conscious.
