Job Description
- Assist Sales and Marketing in handling and following up on sales inquiries/tenders and quotations including coordinating with in-house designers on product designs requested by clients as well as handling indoor sales inquiries.
- Maintain and update CRM system, including database research, e-mail blasting campaigns and management reports generation.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals, tender documentation and publicity materials for sales presentations/proposals.
- Manage and organise the company's files and folders pertaining to marketing collaterals and sales kits; and
- Perform general administrative duties like answering telephone calls and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a good secondary education. Those with a diploma in any business discipline will enjoy an added advantage;
- Good competency with MS Office applications and preference will be given to those with SugarCRM experience;
- At least 3 years of related working experience; and
- A self-starter and a committed team player with an analytical mind and with good interpersonal and organisation skills.
