We are seeking an Application Developer with expertise in Configuration & Release Management to be a part of our clients team in the government sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day application development activities, focusing on designing and implementing effective solutions using Configuration & Release Management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using Configuration & Release Management skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to optimize application performance.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Fix prioritized Incident Reports (IR) assigned by Team Lead.
- Analyze and ensure IR assigned are valid defects.
- Discuss IR fixes with team members from different teams to assess the impact of any changes.
- Coordinate any cross-team effort required for integration defects.
- Ensure delivery of IR within the given timeframe and escalate any issues to Team Lead.
- Provide production support to modules or processes to ensure minimal downtime for day-to-day activities.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by IRAS management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining systems with relevant skill sets.
- Experience in .NET programming, preferably in API development.
- Proficiency in frontend coding using JQuery and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Build Management and Configuration & Release Management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with API and frontend coding, specifically JQuery and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with Batch & online application design concepts and experience in handling large volumes of data.
