Our client is a Foreign Corporate Bank committed to providing tailored solutions to their clients. They are currently seeking a junior member to join their Market risk team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in assisting to monitor the trading activities and portfolio risk profile for their Treasury products.
about the job
you will be required to:-
- Monitoring the trading activities and portfolio risk to ensure that the various Treasury products are within risk limits.
- Conduct stress testing scenarios to assess the resilience of the portfolio under extreme market conditions.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on market risk exposure, variances, and other relevant metrics.
- Reviewing and developing internal risk related guidelines and standard operating procedures
skills and experience required
- Preferably 1-2 years of Corporate Banking experience in Market Risk (Treasury products), recent graduates with either a Quantitative, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related degree are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in VBA programming is a must.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
