The Engineering and Management Associate (EMA) Programme is SMRT's graduate programme which will provide a structured pathway for those who aspire to make a difference in corporate functions as management leaders.

Responsibilities
Operations Performance Analytics
- Review, analyse and interpret business data and information
- Perform analysis of data and present findings to draw new insights for business growth and competitiveness
- Propose optimal solutions for gaps identified by examining operations and procedures and simulate new scenarios
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and analyse findings for business decisions
- Contribute and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs
Competitive Analytics
- Identify and collect appropriate customers, competitor, market, data from publicly available sources to better understand our competitors
- Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports, presentations, dashboards
- Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation
