Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies: You will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that drive e-commerce sales, such as optimizing product listings, creating promotions, and improving the user experience.
  • Manage and analyze e-commerce performance: You will monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform, track sales, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns: You will work with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive brand awareness and promote products to the target audience.
  • Manage brand messaging: You will oversee the development and implementation of the brand messaging across all e-commerce channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Manage relationships with e-commerce partners: You will work with e-commerce partners to negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct market research: You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Analyze competition: You will analyze the competition to identify areas for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage budget: You will be responsible for managing the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage team: You will lead and manage a team of e-commerce sales and marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, as well as experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth Shopify management & e-commerce brand website management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • A strong understanding of branding and the ability to develop and execute brand strategies across all e-commerce channels.
