Job Introduction:
This position requires a proactive customer-focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels. The person needs to be a forward thinker with a methodical approach, exceptional planning, and excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to challenge in order to further develop the service offer.
Role Responsibility:
- Assisting Manager with outlet coordination, preparation and overseeing of the daily operations
- Provision of good customer service (attending to guests’ orders, service of food & beverages)
- Assisting in managing retail sales, merchandising and inventory
- Engagement in consultative selling
- To have a full working knowledge of the building including all services
- To work as part of the business support centre and multi-skill in all positions
- Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serves Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
Job Requirement:
- Service-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
- At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry
- Ability to multi task Excellent communicator
- Flexibility that is focused to delivering exceptional customer service
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Excellent guest service skill
