Responsibilities:
- To plan calibration activities on equipment.
- To perform calibration of equipment as per schedule.
- To arrange and coordinate external calibration if needed.
- To raise OOT (Out of Tolerance) form if the requirements is out calibration range.
- To ensure calibration compliance at all times.
- To review calibration frequency and to look for opportunity for cost saving and drive for more in house calibration.
- To write, review and update calibration procedures.
- To support Engineering team and Insert Manufacturing whenever necessary.
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Engineering
- 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
- Calibration knowledge on equipment
- Able to write SOPs
