Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
- Track project schedules and timelines, identifying and addressing any deviations.
- Manage project scope changes, ensuring that changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plan.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (minimum 3-5 years) in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- HCC or GCC Cloud experience is a added advantage.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
