We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Bosch. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in IT service delivery within the framework of the business plan. As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will lead and guide the Bosch Digital (BD) team to deliver high-value IT operation and support services to our customers. Your role will involve engaging with customers, providing consultancy, and driving awareness and adoption of IT products and services.
- Take ownership of IT service delivery excellence within the parameters of the defined business plan.
- Lead the BD team to ensure the delivery of high-value IT operation and support services to customers.
- Engage in regular activities and consultancies with customers to drive awareness and adoption of IT products and services.
- Contribute to BD virtual team initiatives through active participation or support for relevant virtual team activities.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships between BD and customers regarding BD Products and Services.
- Actively participate in Customer Engagement activities to disseminate the latest BD products and services, plan and conduct plant-wide BD communication or Info sharing sessions, and engage face-to-face with key stakeholders.
- Manage feedback and escalations from regions/locations effectively and efficiently.
