Sales Executive
We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the B2B FMCG industry, specifically in dealing with customers in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in regional markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, and adjust sales strategies as needed to maintain market share and maximize revenue.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services and build industry relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Experience working with customers in APAC, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
