Job Description:
- Identify potential clients within the waste management market segments assigned, fostering positive business relationships.
- Develop proposals and negotiate optimal deals on behalf of the company.
- Maintaining regular communication with potential customers to gather feedback on quotations, competitor responses, decision-makers' intentions, and other pertinent factors.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Executive to facilitate the preparation of sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for presentation to the Sales Manager and management.
- Work alongside Customer Service to update and maintain the Customer Database.
- Assist the Manager in enhancing the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and adapting to changes in customer personnel, processes, and business strategies.
- Support market intelligence efforts by collecting information on customers, prospects, competitors, market trends, pricing, and service offerings across various segments, influencing groups, and stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated history of excellence in sales.
- Knowledge of chemicals is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Possession of a vehicle is essential as travel to customers' sites is a requirement.
