Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Client’s Facility Manager, manage the monthly servicing (create monthly report), give quotation for ad-hoc job, and create invoice when job is completed. Follow up with workers on the works that are required to be carried out.
- Followed up all ad hoc work related works documents (MOS,RA,PTW,SWP)
- Required to assist in other ongoing projects, such as projects relating to electrical, mechanical and civil works.
- Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
- Support the organisation in business contingency plans, various audits and exercises as defined.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Well verse in Microsoft office applications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience.
