Job Overview
Assist in preparation of payroll and related functions for the organization. Maintain and update pay history for Asia Pacific branches. Generate month end and ad-hoc reports.
What you’ll do (responsibilities)
- Create Payroll database for all staff locally.
- Maintain and update pay history records for Asia-Pacific branches.
- Calculate commissions, overtime payments and other allowances for the regions.
- Prepare Legislative Reports inclusive of monthly statutory payment.
- Print monthly and commission pay advice and distribute to staff.
- Assist in preparation of payroll reports and month end closing.
- Attend to enquiries from staff on payroll related matters.
- Provide administrative duties as and when required.
What you’ll need (qualifications)
- Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related.
- At least 2 -3 years of relevant working experience.
Required skills:
- Analytical and have a flair for figures
- Good understanding of labour laws
- Proficient in MS excel
- Proficient in Peoplesoft will be an added advantage
