Job scope and responsibilities:
· Generate quotations to customer
· To assist in purchasing the necessary parts for service jobs
· To check spares availabilities & lead time with various suppliers
· To check & ensure that prices quoted from vendors are competitive
· To track spares delivery status and advise accordingly to store-man
· To track & file all purchases with reference to service jobs
· To prepare Delivery orders & Invoices in a timely and organized manner
· To assist service team on logistic preparation for overseas job assignment
· To assist the Accounts team with proper documents to ensure timely payment from customers
Expectation:
· Diploma / Degree
· Min 2 -3 years of experience
