Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for indirect services.
- In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers
- Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing
Job Requirements
- Degree from reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience.
- In-depth knowledge of indirect categories and CIPS / CPM / PMP / Lean Six Sigma certifications will be advantageous
- Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset with hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity & business ethics
- Excellent data and cost analysis skills as well as demonstrated experience in contract management and vendor management.
- Highly motivated, versatile and energetic individual who would thrive to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
