Senior Contract & Tender Executive

Ts Three Pte. Ltd.

. Prepare and submit for tenders regularly

· Prepare, Review and update existing and new contracts

· Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms / tenders

· Maintain organized system of physical and digital records

· Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organisation

· Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and measuring tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities

· Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets and developing plans for streamlining tender processes

· Interact and co-operate with both internal and external parties.

· Ad hoc special projects assignment by management.

· Manage end-to-end tender processes, including sourcing tender opportunities, attending site tender briefing, coordinating with external and internal parties to prepare competitive and comprehensive bids for submission, and subsequently following up and monitoring the tender results.

· Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation and review of contract.

· Attend meeting when required.

· Any ad hoc duties assigned by management.


Requirement:

· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, presentation skill

· Proven work experience as a Contracts and Tender Administrator

· Aptitude for tender process management and good presentation skill.

· Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

· Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners

· Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plus

· Available Immediately
