Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Accounts Manager and Senior Management (Planning & Project) to oversee the performance of the Managing Agent team and ensure smooth operations.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to team members, addressing knowledge gaps as needed.
- Manage the Operations Portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, responsibilities in Property Management, Lift Maintenance, and Horticulture.
- Oversee the Project Portfolio, which spans various areas and involves planning and successful execution of diverse projects. This includes Term Contracts, Cyclical Works, NRPs, Lift Upgrading Projects (SLRP, LEP, LRPs), ROHS, SIP, CIPC/LSTW, and any other projects managed by the client on behalf of agencies or ministries.
- Supervise both the in-house Contracts team and external Consultants & PM team to ensure effective project delivery.
- Coordinate and establish communication with Authorities, Agencies, and Governing Bodies to ensure clear and effective interaction.
- Manage all planning and reporting requirements related to the position.
- Undertake any necessary ad-hoc tasks essential for work delivery, as agreed upon with the reporting supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess at least a degree or diploma qualification.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years at a managerial level.
- Have a strong understanding of accounting, contracts administration, legislations, and statutory requirements.
- Able to work effectively under demanding conditions, which may involve extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
