- Review, draft, and negotiate of legal documents, day-to-day contracts, construction project contracts, and agreements related to the business operation of the Company.
- Provide legal advice, updates and awareness to internal stakeholders and relevant regional business units to support the Company’s business.
- Manage and improve company policies, procedures and standards related to legal and compliance matters by liaising with internal clients.
- Review and provide recommendation on the legal aspects and considerations for resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquires.
- Lead the dispute and litigation matters management.
- Manage external counsels and related expenses.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments related to legal and compliance issues, including corporate secretarial matters.
- Identify and consult on legal and compliance risks to ensure the Company operates within statutory and regulatory requirements in connection with the company’s developments.
