My client is a local company in Singapore is hiring a Deputy Manager - SAP to join them.

Responsibilities:

Establish Program Management Framework

• Assist in creating the program management framework, templates, tools, and systems for delivering cost, time, and quality metrics.
• Design a training program to facilitate the effective application of the program management framework throughout the organization.
• Support higher management in governing the program management framework through audits.
• Provide guidance to Project Managers on adopting the established framework at the appropriate level.

Develop Program Plan

• Create an integrated program plan, encompassing detailed activities, resource planning, and cost estimation for projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and gain consensus on program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Review the program plan to determine timeframes, funding constraints, and procedures for project completion.
• Gather program requirements, including human resources, necessary information, agreements, and required materials or technology.
• Guide Project Managers in developing plans aligned with overall program objectives.
• Establish expectations for periodic and milestone reviews, including status reports, program risk identification, and other dashboards.

Implement Program

• Lead the program to meet schedules, budgetary constraints, and targets for manpower and technical quality.
• Enforce program discipline in documenting scope changes, issues, and risks affecting implementation.
• Collaborate with users, technical staff, and management to identify and resolve issues associated with program implementation.
• Conduct regular program reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource reallocations.

Manage Teams

• Supervise team management, covering budgets, forecasting, work allocations, and staffing.
• Develop staff through continuous coaching, mentoring, and career discussions.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in any IT-related field or Computing.
• Possess 5-8 years of working experience in SAP HANA..
• Good communication skills to liaise with different stakesholders.
• Good leadership to leading a team.
