Job Description
- Perform LAN/WAN Network management.
- Day to day IT support duties via remote or on-site support.
- Provide IT support to the Security and Surveillance Project Team on IT related domain.
- Troubleshooting of Network problems.
- Manage and Maintain Windows Server and QNAP.
- Provide support to IT Project
- Install, setup and monitor company office network infrastructure, eg. LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS and etc.
- Liaise with IT procurement team to sourcing the make / model of the hardware or software.
- Indetify risk of existing systems and bring across to the Team for internal discussion.
- Responsible for IT support for IT issues which needs hands on support such as hardware problem diagnostics, PC/software installation, configuration, maintenance of operating systems, etc.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in any IT related
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Experience in troubleshooting of network issues.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Router setup and configuration (e.g. Ip address configure, DHCP, WiFi, and etc.)
- Knowledge of NAS Setup, configuration, maintenance (Qnap, Synology, and etc)
- Copier machine setup, configure, troubleshooting (Install print driver, Scanning configure, Fax, and etc.)
