Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through various channels like calls, emails, video conferences, and social media.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the needs of potential prospects and align them with the company's products and services.
- Introduce the company's offerings, providing information and clarification as needed.
- Assess the engagement activities of marketing-generated leads (MQL) to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile and sales criteria.
- Collect the needs and requirements of MQL to establish qualified leads (SQL) before passing them to the sales team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, offering upfront information and recommendations when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create lead nurturing content for continuous customer engagement and provide feedback for campaign optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of engagements and collaborate with Sales to monitor and track pipeline activities.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, industry trends, and competing products/services for effective representation to potential customers.
Job Requirements:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrate effective sales techniques with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortably engage in outbound activities that convert to sales appointments.
- Possess prior experience advocating/selling ERP or SaaS products and services to high-value B2B customers, including setting up.
- Previous experience with CRM or loyalty solutions is considered advantageous.
- Exhibit strong relationship-building skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Be familiar with digital solutions and tools for analyzing prospects' businesses.
- Demonstrate customer-oriented qualities with exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, results-driven, and numbers-oriented.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with effective prioritization and time management skills.
