Job Description:
As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating clients' beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
- Performing facials treatments including cleansing, toning, exfoliating, massaging and applying masks, various massage techniques on clients' face, shoulders and hands.
- Explaining all treatment (Facial and Red Light Therapy) procedures to clients.
- Performing various skin treatments according to clients' needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Offering personalized recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Keeping up-to-date records of treatments, products used, and client preferences.
- Promoting and upselling beauty and wellness products and packages to clients.
- Ensuring that used inventory is replaced.
- Sanitizing the treatment room before and after each treatment.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a cohesive and positive work atmosphere.
- Full-time positions offer a starting pay of $2,000 per month along with commission opportunities.
- Part-time positions available too.
Requirements:
- Welcome fresh graduates from ITE (Beauty and Wellness course).
- Strong passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
