Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency by addressing gaps and weaknesses.
- Investigate and resolve data errors causing inventory discrepancies, focusing on root cause analysis and prevention.
- Evaluate and optimize end-to-end operations processes, from order initiation to replenishment.
- Develop and implement supply chain operations for customers, including innovative logistics solutions.
- Recommend and deploy logistics solutions that meet customer needs while monitoring for potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate operational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency.
- Develop incident or crisis management plans to mitigate gaps and ensure business continuity.
- Demonstrate understanding of business concepts, organizational knowledge, and profitability considerations.
- Collaborate with key accounts to identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships for revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Min possess a Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or any related field.
- Min two years of related experience.
- Preferably experienced with Excel (pivot, vlookup), SAP, and WMS.
