Overview
You serve as a key member of a regional leadership team and are accountable for the definition and execution/delivery of a holistic digital strategy and action plan in line with business strategy and plans of the business unit.

You are responsible to the Personal Health Care AMA GM & work with global, regional and local cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds to establish positive relationships and influence digital choices that deliver business value.

Responsibilities of the role
- Development of a digital vision in line with the PHC AMA business strategy and global PHC digital strategy, in partnership with PHC AMA GM, multi-functional PHC AMA LT and PHC global IT Leader.
- Development and delivery of a digital action plan supporting short-term and long-term PHC AMA business needs with clear business value articulation.
- Partnership with Global PHC IT, AMA IT, and corporate IT to leverage benefits of globally/regionally scaled solutions and enterprise platforms.
- Driving pilots and operationalizing IT/Data/AI capabilities for Sales, Digital Engagement with Consumers, and Media.
- Identification of new business optimization and productivity opportunities that require data/algorithms/digitization.
- Leading Digital & AI Upskilling for cross-functional PHC AMA organization.
- Developing a sustainable pipeline of IT talents and growing IT talents in PHC AMA organization across IT and A&I roles.
- Ownership of Digital Stewardship: Info-security, Data privacy, Application governance.
Qualifications
- Experience within IT at a senior level leading IT organization at the Category, Market or global service level.
- Experience working across functions like Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, R&D, and Finance and across business units.
- Experience working across platforms including, but not limited to: eCommerce, Direct to Consumer, Go To Market, Data and Analytics, Media, Supply Chain.
- Experience in leading transformation that positively disrupts and transforms business.
- Strategic business mindset focused on value delivery - demonstrated ability to create an inspiring vision and lead delivery of strategic transformation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities – demonstrated ability to interact and lead in a multi-functional context and able to engage with broad leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and strong collaboration across a matrixed and globally dispersed organization to meet desired business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to execute with excellence and efficiency against stretched timelines and operate in a very agile environment.
- A team player, who can interrelate and operate effectively with peers, yet results-oriented.
