Job Responsibilities
· Manage company’s business performance and daily operational activities.
· Report on operational performance and KPIs.
· Design strategy and set goals for growth to achieve business and operational targets.
· Develop and lead plans for optimized productivity and process change.
· Assess and improve operations including its day-to-day operational management and business growth.
· Brainstorm opportunities for progression and expansion and prepare relevant proposals for business development.
· Set policies and procedures for the continuous improvement and business best practice.
· Maintain regulatory compliance and relations with relevant authorities and agencies.
· Any other tasks that may be assigned.
Job Requirements
· Preferably possess at least a diploma in Business management or equivalent.
· At least 8 years of experience in the F&B industry and 5 years of senior managerial experience is required for this role.
· Have a strong market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and build reliable models for business growth.
· Proven track record in achieving growth targets.
· Full Profit and Loss responsibility.
· Able to think strategically and creatively.
· Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
· Good team player with strong analytical and people-management skills.
