Position Summary
Process Associate Engineer is responsible to support the engineering activities as well as the daily production activities reliably and efficiently.
Candidates with related experience in Semiconductor and LCD processes are encouraged to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Process Engineers in
- Process recipe setup and qualification for production
- Process monitoring and improvement.
- Troubleshoot process-related issue.
- Lots on hold and disposition
- Engineering data collection
- Ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area,
- Co-ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.
- Other ad-hoc activities.
Requirement
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.5~10 years relevant experience as a team leader in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Min 1 year process experience in any of below process area, multiple vacancies are available.
- Die Preparation: Backgrind, Dicing and Laser-grooving.
- Recon: Die PnP/Molding/De-bonding
- Backend Process: Ball mounting, Reflow, Laser Marking and Package Sawing.
- RDL Process: Wet, Thin Film, Litho, and AOI.
- Flexible to work under various shift pattern. The selected candidates will start with normal shift first, followed by Morning/Afternoon Shift and finally 12-hour rotating shift.
