Job Descriptions
· Oversees financial operations of the company and assists management with APAC financial matters.
· Prepare and submit timely monthly management performance reports and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and tax regulations.
· Analyse and present financial performance against budgets and forecasts and support with variance analysis and recommendations.
· Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities.
· Control and manage operating cash flow.
· Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast to support decision-making.
· Handling annual stock take, interim and final audits.
· Responsible for ensuring compliance with local authorities’ regulations e.g. company secretarial, corporate tax, GST matters and other business filings, where necessary.
· Liaise work with internal/external auditors, banks, tax agents and other statutory bodies
· Develop, review and maintain effective SOP in relates to Finance functions
· Responsible for review and continuous improvements works related to processes in Business Units
· Undertake any ad-hoc projects or activities as assigned.
· Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
· Liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities.
· Lead in ERP system implementation related projects.
· Any ad hoc duty assigned.
Job Requirements
· Degree In Accountancy or Diploma in Accountancy with professional certification or equivalent
· Minimum 6 years of working experience as a Finance professional (preferably in FMCG/ Food manufacturing)
· Strong knowledge and understanding of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Standard Reports, and Transfer Pricing requirements.
· Strong attention to details, possess good problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team.
· Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
· Audit experience will be highly advantageous.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is a plus.
· Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate with key stakeholders and Chinese counterpart.
