Job Description:-
- Develop new sources of business and strengthen rapport with existing clients
- Relationship management both existing and new clients
- Screening and selection of potential candidate which meet the client’s requirement
- Understands each client’s requirement, source for candidates by posting in job adverts and source for potential candidates.
- Coordinate Interviews between candidates and clients
- Provide specialized advice to clients regarding recruitment or other relevant matters
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- At least 2 years of experience in any Sales or HR related field.
- Aggressive in sales and proven good career track of achievements
