Committed to providing exceptional services, we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager for our salon located in Kallang, Singapore.
Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations Manager with a strong background in salon management to oversee the daily operations of our Jurong East location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the salon, maintaining high-quality service standards, and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
· Manage and supervise all aspects of salon operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high service standards.
Staff Management:
· Recruit, train, and lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Customer Service:
· Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
· Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
· Monitor and manage salon inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
· Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment of products and supplies.
Quality Assurance:
· Implement quality control measures to ensure services meet or exceed established standards.
· Continuously assess and improve salon processes for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
· Monitor and manage salon budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
· Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals.
Administration and Reporting
· Consolidate, prepare, and present reports to directors and managers
Requirements:
· Diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in salon management, with a proven track record of success.
· Strong understanding of the hair and beauty industry.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in salon software and Microsoft Office applications.
Availability:
· Immediate availability to start in the role.
Compensation:
· Salary around SGD$6,000 – SGD$15,000 with commission, incentive, and reward based on performance.
· Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
