The Product Manager role at Michael Trio serves as a crucial bridge between the business, engineering, and design teams. The role plays a pivotal role in executing strategies, developing roadmaps, and implementing features while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Recommendation product from end to end, overseeing frontend UX to backend strategy, and guiding the product from conception to release.
- Design experiments to iterate and enhance both new and existing features.
- Utilize data to gain insights into customer behavior and feature performance. Be data-driven in estimating impact size and determining prioritization.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to transform ideas into reality.
- Actively participate in road-mapping and prioritization of major R&D components.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Science, or Consulting. Experience in Recommendation-related projects or at top tech companies is a plus.
- Demonstrate domain knowledge in Recommendation and experience in a big data environment, with direct interaction with data scientists and/or machine learning engineers highly desirable.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related applied quantitative field; an MBA is a plus.
- Adaptability in an agile environment is a must.
