Job Description:
- Prepare full set of accounts using accounting software;
- Provide day to day operations admin support;
- Oversee orders processing, generation of picking, packing lists and invoices;
- Monitor payments of customers on credit terms;
- Generate debtor statements and follow up late payments with sales colleagues/customers;
- Monitor stock movements to tally stocks in warehouse against stocks in accounting software; Alert management to replenish stocks;
- General office administration such as filing and archiving documents;
- Handle processes for import of goods including import shipment documentation and trucking, Submit to insurance company month end stock value and shipment details;
- Administer regulations on Work Safety and Health (WSH) and Food Safety Management (HACCP);
- Attend to customers’ queries and requests;
- Assist director in updating SOP and management control.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree qualification;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Organised and detail-orientated with good analytical skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task;
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities;
- Knowledge of Autocount Accounting software would be an advantage;
- Good spoken and written English. (Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers would be an advantage.)
