We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible in assisting our expansion into the Asia Pacific market, specifically by opening doors to multinational corporations (MNCs).
What You'll Do:
1. Set up customer process of operation procedure for Asia Pacific region’s MNC account;
2. Visit MNC accounts to solve problems, facilitate improvements and provide supports to Global Sales & Marketing team as and when required;
3. Interact with MNC customers owned by South East Asia region and handle customer queries and complaints;
4. Drive collaborative efforts between Asia Pacific countries and MNC Accounts Manager to meet the needs of the customers in the region;
5. Build strategic relationships with MNC customers’ key contacts to understand opportunities for creating value;
6. Conduct quarterly MNC customers performance review and drive meeting content to ensure operations, support and execution teams are present to support the reviews
