We are looking for an independent and motivated individual to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare journal entries and schedules for monthly and year-end closing.
· Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with company policies and procedures, financial reporting standards, grant governance and statutory requirements.
· Manage and maintain accounts receivable
· Cash flow report preparation and monitoring
· Assist in the annual budgeting exercises
· Handle government funding receivables and/or grants management
· Timely submission of claims and monitoring claim disbursement
· Conduct quarterly and annual subvention reconciliation through ILTC Portal.
· Submission of statistics to MOH/AIC/Medifund/MPAC.
· Maintaining of fixed assets register in accounting system.
· Review of Petty Cash Reimbursement
· Assist with yearly statutory audit and preparation of audit schedules, annual reports and liaising with auditors.
· Provide support and respond to queries from stakeholder on a timely basis. Where necessary, co-ordinate and work with other departments to accomplish objectives.
· Support any ad-hoc projects, tasks, new processes and system implementation when required.
Requirements
· Minimum diploma in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent.
· At least 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in Healthcare
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Strong time management and prioritization skills
· Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in a team
