1) Model, motivate, and communicate regularly to all site staff on the mission, vision, and core values
2) Prepare, organize, collate and submit all required operational and HR documentation to achieve compliance guidelines and deadlines
3) Forecast, plan, recruit and deploy manpower duties and schedules to meet the site contractual requirements
4) Guide, coach, and inspect daily and ad-hoc cleaning jobs and tasks are performed according to clients expectations and SOPs guidelines
5) Conduct and monitor effective OJT training to all new operations staff based on the training blueprint standards to achieve operational excellence and skillsets
6) Attend to all feedbacks or complaints from clients and take immediate measures to solve the issues and prevent future recurrence
7) To place an order, replenish, monitor, and track cleaning material stock and equipment to achieve minimum wastage
8) Conduct and upkeep proper record of client's meeting. Toolbox meeting staff safety Induction and all relevant Workplace Safety & Health documentation
9) Support Ops Managers in improving work processes, productivity, and performances
