Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, passwordss and network-related issues.
Perform hardware and software setup, configuration and maintenance for ERP and WMS Inventory system.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. Provide solution to prevent future similar incidents
Collaborate with the internal team to implement and support IT projects.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot server & networt related issue to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
Maintain server and firewall configurations to enhance data and network security and compliance to HQ requirement.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and setup procudure.
Maintain server security setup with vendors to safeguard company environment.
Adhoc project duties related to Operational IT required.
