The Visual Communications Designer promotes the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of graphics, logos, promotional products, trade shows and special events. This person will also oversees and manages all social media postings, and updates corporate websites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designs marketing collaterals and materials for sales and branding purposes
- Provides input and guidance on content that would help visually improve sales
- Collect visual media (videos or photos) for the purposes of social media content creation
- Coordinates social media postings and content in line with sales and marketing strategies
- Liaise with local vendors to obtain quotes for products and services related to sales and marketing collaterals
- Plan monthly social media content in accordance to upcoming SKUs provided by sales department
Requirements:
- NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Graphic Design/ Social Media / Communication Design / Web Development / Interactive Design or equivalent
- Training in marketing and social media-related will be added advantage
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in graphic design, visual communication design or web development
- Proficiency in Adobe Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom
- Good understanding in social media marketing works and algorithms
- Able to use MS Office
- Must be creative and able to understand customer needs
- Able to work independently and also in team
- Good written and spoken English
