JOB SCOPE:
· Oversee the smooth operation of two headcounts responsible for claim certification and verification activities.
· Understanding and adhering to grant guidelines, regulations, and reporting requirements set.
· Ensuring that all claim and verification activities comply with grant terms and conditions.
· Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with grant-funded claims and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
· Address and resolve issues as they arise to ensure successful grant implementation.
· Collecting and analyzing data to measure project outcomes and inform decision-making.
· Providing guidance and support to staffs to strengthen their capacity in grant management, reporting, and compliance.
· Maintaining accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including grant agreements, progress reports, and other relevant records.
· Preparing and submitting required reports in a timely manner.
· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in grant management practices.
· Implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance the effectiveness of future grant-funded projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree holder
· With at least three (3) years of experience in managing similar projects (grants management)
· Excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
· Must have a strong understanding of project management principles, financial acumen
· Singapore citizens only

· Contract type: 2 years
· Salary: Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
· Working hours and days: Monday to Friday (44 hours/week)
