Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive at Synergy Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. We are looking for a creative and motivated individual who can contribute to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
- Create, conceptualize, and implement marketing campaigns for online and offline use.
- Manage SEO, EDM, CRM, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics, Tiktok, and others.
- Knowledge in photo and video software like Adobe Creatives and Canva
- Create and Edits videos for livestream, campaigns, ads, and presentation.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless event operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on campaign development and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using various software and tools related to digital marketing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and across departments.

Compensation:
· Salary around SGD$4,000 – SGD$6,000
