A renowned global leader in the Fast-Moving Beauty industry, with Singapore’s distribution center serving the whole Asia Pacific region through multiple distribution channels such as travel retail, local subsidiaries, local and cross border direct distribution and ecommerce is seeking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Production Specialist (Supply Chain).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all communications and coordination with overseas suppliers on a major product line
- Liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders and relevant department to consolidate information, coordinate and align actions and raise alert if necessary
- Supervise and track item processes in systems (e.g. item code creation, bill of materials, item status and parameters etc)
- Liaise and work closely with supplier on production plans and shipping to ensure timely shipping with holistic visibility and tracking
- Source and plan components (Including production orders planning), exchange and dispatch of finished goods to customers/ partners located worldwide
- Follow the executive of the overall process and raise alerts when delays/ issues are identified
- All other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Business/ Supply Chain or related discipline
- Minimum 3 of relevant experience in Production Planning, Demand planning or distribution planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP & WMS is advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
