Job Summary: Executive - Operation / Order Processing
The Executive will assist the supply chain operations at the company's Singapore-based healthcare Regional Distribution Centre. He/she will assist in daily customer order management, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (ISO, GDP, GDPMDS, TAPA, STP). He/she will also utilize extensive 3PL expertise for end-to-end coordination of warehousing and distribution in the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices sector. He/she will be assisting in stock take/cycle counts for precision in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Customer Order Fulfilment Management:
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to minimize operating costs and exceed customer expectations.
- Optimize operational resources and facilities for peak productivity.
- Effectively manage budget spending in response to changing business volumes.
- Ensure the order processing team is competent and utilizes technology for enhanced efficiency.
- Assist in stock take/cycle counts for precision in inventory management.
2) Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure operations align with Quality Assurance Systems and procedures.
- Ensure all activities and documentations are in compliance with ISO, GDP, GDPMDS, and GMP requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain / 3PL operations, preferably in Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices.
- Familiarity with ISO, GDP, and regulatory compliance standards would be added advantages.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing warehouse and distribution operations.
