Job Description:
- Participate in daily internal meetings or discussions to receive/provide status updates of tasks assigned to process team as well as to allocate urgent tasks
- Check ABN hold lots are release with countermeasures
- Follow up on daily line issues releated to process
- Focus on yield improvement activities to achieve planned yield variance
- Responsible for new product activities from NPI to production line for wire bond process
- Coordinate and ensure documents, specifications, machine buyoff are all carried out without quality concerns to ensure smooth introduction
- Follow-up and ensure Cpk and yield targets are met
- Assess new process / material introduction in the context of process improvement and cost reduction
- Communicate with vendors on different materials and identify the most cost effective solution
- Conduct research online as well as with competitors to assess feasibility
- Coordinate and follow-up on cost down activities to ensure timely introduction
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
