Job Details:
Connexity Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Technician for electrical/mechanical repair and maintenance of copier/printer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repair as well as maintenance of copier/printer.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of copiers both in the workshop and customer’s premise.
- Practice great customer relations on the phone and in the field.
- Provide repair reports for customers as well as accurate reporting of time and materials used to complete required tasks.
Abilities/Attributes:
- Knowledge in use of personal computers as well as some networking knowledge.
- Demonstrate ability to read, interpret, and understand technical instructions/manuals.
- Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Ability to proficiently communicate verbally, as well as in writing using English language.
Education:
- Post secondary qualifications
Requirements:
- Daily travel within Singapore
- Preferably with own vehicle
