Job Description
- General Import / Export Processing Management
- Process machine and parts orders from our customers
- Handle logistics for both SMT and FA products
- Warehouse administration of stock for both SMT and FA product
- Assist with the logistics needs
- Operate with sales management system A1-stream
- Assist with exhibitions.
- Export control of machines and parts
- Support financial information from A1 stream as required
- Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague and business related.
- Assist human resource related and general affairs.
- Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company
Job Requirement
- Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution or ‘A’ levels from a recognized tertiary institution
- Min. 2-4 years of relevant working experience in similar job scope.
- Professional Business Skills: Good knowledge on incoterms, shipping taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance and inventory system
- Interpersonal & Social Skills: Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture (internal and external)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
