The responsibilities of a Bar Operation Manager is to oversee daily operations within the pub, manage staff, and ensure that the pub's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibilities of cashier, bar & kitchen duties
- Maintains inventory.
- Determines employees’ schedules.
- Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
- Tracks customer behavior and sales.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
- Oversees waitress & servers
- Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experiences in similiar setting
- Possess food handling license
- Comfortable working in a pub setting.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal relationship skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure
- Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations.
- Ability to deescalate tense interactions.
Work Location: Jurong East
Working Hour: 4pm to 1am (6 days work week)
