RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join our team where compassion meets action! We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Caseworker (Care Officer).
- Provide one-on-one support and counselling for foreign domestic workers in the shelter.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Develop and implement programmes relating to mental well-being or mental wellness.
- Support the programme team in the planning and executing of programmes for residents.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the effective coordination of programs and services.
- Implement mental wellness programs.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Perform basic administrative tasks.
- Be ready for ad hoc night duties during exceptional. (optional)
Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.

Working Hours
The total work hours is 44 hours per week.
