Sales Representative – Tiktok/Facebook Live

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team with a specific focus on utilizing TikTok and Facebook Live for sales and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Representative specializing in TikTok and Facebook Live, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience, promoting products/services, and driving sales through live streaming platforms.


Responsibilities

Content Creation:

· Develop engaging and interactive content for TikTok and Facebook Live to promote our products/services.

· Plan and execute live streaming sessions, ensuring they align with sales objectives.

Audience Engagement

· Build and maintain a strong rapport with the audience during live sessions.

· Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and effectively.

Product Demonstration:

· Showcase products/services in an appealing and informative manner during live streams.

· Highlight key features and benefits to drive interest and sales.

Sales Conversion:

· Actively promote and encourage viewers to make purchases during live sessions.

· Meet and exceed sales targets set for each live streaming session.

Collaboration:

· Collaborate with marketing and content creation teams to align live streaming content with overall marketing strategies.

· Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for joint live sessions.

Analytics Reporting:

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics of live sessions.

· Provide regular reports on sales, audience engagement, and other relevant KPIs


Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably with a focus on live streaming platforms.

· In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Facebook Live features and best practices

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to create compelling and persuasive content for sales purposes.

· Familiarity with e-commerce and online sales platforms.

· Creative thinking and adaptability to new trends in social media and sales.
