Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Quotation Support
- Prepare and send Quotation Highlights & monthly reports promptly
- Prepare Insurer’s Policy Illustration
- Familiar with various insurers’ software and product features
- Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide timely assistance to consultants / bankers such as prepare and courier Client Proposal for client meeting
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Escalate any system or process errors to prevent future repeated errors
- Take on additional responsibilities when necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree or equivalent, any field
- Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft applications. (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the insurance industry or equivalent
- Required language(s): English & Chinese
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- A team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Strong follow up skills and highly independent individual
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
