Job Description

This role is mainly client facing and the individual is responsible for ensuring the media planners and buyers are operating the campaign smoothly whilst supporting the Media Director in managing the clients on day-to-day operations.

This role is mainly client facing and the individual is responsible for ensuring the media planners and buyers are operating the campaign smoothly whilst supporting the Media Director in managing the clients on day-to-day operations.


Person Specification

Individuals with at least 3-5 years working experience in a media agency with both offline and online experience is strongly preferred. However individuals with strong digital background (search, social and display implementation) will be considered for this role so long he/she are open to learn offline media to grow into an integrated media specialist.


Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Paid Search, Display and Paid Social programs, offline media whilst maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
  • Help to create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives.
  • Work closely with internal department and external partners / vendors to understand their roadmaps and asset opportunities in relation to our clients.
  • Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.
  • Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables.
  • Support the Media Director and other teams during new business initiatives.
  • Co-manage the team cash flow and profitability of media campaigns using monthly tracking reports and invoice reconciliation.
  • Manages junior team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
  • Oversee output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team.
