Job Role:
- Prepare specifications/quotation, submit tenders and follow up
- Liaising and negotiating with clients
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements
- Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, payments and warranties
- Monitor project cost and submit regular progress report
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Building & Construction
- Strong Math Knowledge
- Excellent Attention to Details
- AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel Skills
- At least 2 years of related experience is preferred, however, newly grads are also welcome to apply.
